  Cucapa Indigena1.JPG - Night time conference in the village known as cucapa Indigena. They got together to expalin to me the situation with fishing rights. The mexican government is attempting to limit the fishing rights of the Cucapa , while allowing the Sonora based fishing communities to continue to over fish the Gulf of Cortez biosphere.
